We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse / FLT Operative to join a busy warehouse operation. This is a hands-on role involving manual handling, order picking, loading, and forklift operation. Key Responsibilities Operate a Counterbalance or Reach Truck (valid licence/certificate required). Pick, pack, and load customer orders accurately and efficiently. Handle goods safely, including heavy lifting and manual movement of stock. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment. Work as part of a team to meet daily warehouse targets. Follow all health and safety and operational procedures. Requirements Valid Counterbalance or Reach Truck licence/certificate (essential). Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred. Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting and standing for long periods. Good attention to detail and teamwork skills. Reliable and able to work permanent afternoon shifts. Hours of work: 2pm - 10pm Due to site relocation in 2026, this role initially will be working in Halesowen, then the site will move to bilston.
