About the Role:
Reporting to the Operations Directors, you'll be at the centre of design delivery:
Lead a 5-strong design team
Oversee subcontracting and keep costs on track
Deliver mechanical, electrical, and public health designs across exciting projects
Validate, check, and ensure all designs are sustainable
Collaborate with project teams and contribute to tenders, technical proposals, and budgets
Regular client meetings via Teams
Who We're Looking For:
5+ years' building services design experience
Degree qualified (or significant relevant experience)
Strong MEP knowledge (mechanical or electrical bias welcomed)
Confident, collaborative, and solution-focused
CIBSE membership a bonus (enhances credibility with sustainability/energy efficiency)
