Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 6 years of experience in product design or UX.
* Experience designing across multiple platforms and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
* Portfolio showcasing visual design experience.
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience with design systems and accessible product development.
* Prototyping and user research expertise.
* Strong interaction design, prototyping, and product thinking skills, with excellent visual design capabilities.
* Ability to articulate design stories and decisions effectively.
* Skills in designing products, prototypes, and demonstrating strategic thinking and high-quality deliverables.
* Excellent communication skills for presenting design rationale.

* Develop and communicate long-term user experience and product strategies, guiding multiple design efforts.
* Collaborate across teams to analyze user needs, resolve constraints, and address potential risks.
* Lead the implementation of comprehensive design processes, systems, or languages across teams or products.
* Explore innovative, AI-focused solutions, understanding GenAI products, technologies, user motivations, and market opportunities to incorporate complex requirements into design.
* Manage outcomes for mature projects, complex programs, or emerging areas, defining scalable approaches to solve difficult problems with limited precedent.
