Helix Law is a busy and growing litigation firm based in the heart of Brighton. We are looking for a professional, personable, and highly organised Customer Services Advisor to be the first point of contact for clients and prospective clients contacting the firm. You will also assist with basic admin related tasks.
This is a key front-of-house role where you will represent Helix Laws values through every interaction.
The Role
As our Customer Services Advisor, you will:
* Answer incoming calls from clients and prospective clients in a professional and empathetic manner
* Triage incoming enquiries and route calls to the appropriate team member
* Capture accurate and detailed messages when required
* Escalate urgent matters promptly to ensure timely resolution
* Maintain clear, organised and up-to-date call records
* Provide a professional and positive first impression of the firm at all times
* Contact suppliers and clients to verify or update account details
* Carry out general administrative tasks to support the wider team
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has excellent telephone manner and communication skills
* Is calm, professional, and empathetic - particularly when speaking to clients involved in litigation
* Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Can confidently manage a high volume of calls
* Is reliable, punctual, and professional in presentation
* Previous experience in a customer service, call handling, or receptionist role is desirable
Experience in a legal environment is helpful but not essential - full training will be provided.
