Overview
We are hiring a Payments Consultant to join Dojo, the UK's #1 payments provider for SMEs. This is a self-employed, commission-only role with potential for substantial earnings through an uncapped commission structure, supported by industry-leading products, training, and ongoing support.
Average earnings are highlighted as over £7,000 per month in commissions. This role emphasizes building a portfolio of merchant customers and taking control of earnings and schedule as part of the Dojo brand.
Responsibilities
* Building and nurturing relationships with business clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored payment solutions.
* Delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the ease of Dojo’s payment systems.
* Closing deals and expanding the customer base to generate recurring income from new accounts.
* Representing Dojo at industry events and conferences to grow the brand presence.
* Proactively managing the sales pipeline and focusing on long-term relationships to maximize earnings.
What We're Looking For / Qualifications
* 2+ years of sales experience (field sales or B2B experience is preferred).
* Experience in payments or financial sectors is a plus but not required.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with business owners and present effective solutions.
* Excellent closing abilities and a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build and grow a personal portfolio under the Dojo brand while backed by a market-leading company.
