Hours: 37.5 hours per week (4 days, 8am6pm)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

The Role
As Lead Nurse / ODP, youll be the driving force behind the delivery of a safe, effective, and patient-focused endoscopy service.
You will:
* Lead, support, and inspire a multidisciplinary team
* Act as a visible and approachable clinical leader
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care
* Drive continuous improvement and service development
* Support staff training, development, and performance
* Manage resources effectively to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
About You
To succeed in this role, youll bring both clinical expertise xkybehq and confident leadership.
You will have:
* NMC registration (Nurse) or HCPC registration (ODP)
* Significant experience within an Endoscopy setting
* Leadership experience at Band 7 level (or equivalent)
* A strong commitment to patient-centred care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to remain calm, resilient, and decisive under pressure
* A passion for continuous improvement and team development
