* Manage community interactions, respond to queries, and monitor brand reputation.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to refine our social approach.
* Collaborate with agencies to plan, execute, and optimize paid social, PPC, display, and retargeting campaigns.
* Manage ad spend efficiently to maximize ROI.
* Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, and targeting for continuous improvement.
* Ensure paid media aligns with broader marketing strategies.

Exploring New Channels & Revenue Streams
* Test and scale new acquisition channels to increase engagement and policy sign-ups.
* Develop referral programs, influencer collaborations, and strategic partnerships.
* Launch promotions, competitions, and affiliate programs to generate leads.
* Keep abreast of industry trends to foster innovation and revenue growth.
Agency & Stakeholder Management
* Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring campaigns meet business goals.
* Brief agencies on objectives, creative direction, and target audiences.
* Oversee performance reviews and ongoing collaboration.
