Ideal Background
We are particularly interested in candidates with:
* Senior leadership experience within food manufacturing, FMCG or adjacent consumer sectors with exposure to businesses of scale (+£500m).
* Exposure to complex, multi‑site food businesses, with a broad customer base.
* Prior board‑level experience as a NED or Executive Director (or readiness to step into a first NED role)
* Strong understanding of financial controls, risk, governance and board dynamics
* A collaborative style and ability to influence at board and shareholder level
