About the Role
Continental Bitumen UK, part of the Colas Group, based in Avonmouth, is recruiting a Customer Service Supervisor to support the business. The role involves managing daily customer service operations, facilitating customer deliveries and collections. The position is located at Avonmouth docks; candidates should reside nearby or have their own transport.
Responsibilities
* Customer service: Receive and facilitate customer orders and sales administration.
* Planning: Support haulage planning, manage customer collections, and coordinate purchases from third-party bitumen facilities.
* Invoicing: Generate customer invoices and resolve invoice queries.
The role requires ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth logistics. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and safety awareness are essential. Join us to provide excellent customer support and efficient haulage planning.
Qualifications
