We’re a crypto company preparing to launch a new coin, with a clear focus on building a strong, engaged community from day one. We’re growing fast and looking for someone who lives and breathes social and knows how to build a real audience through smart, organic growth.
This role is for someone who understands crypto culture, loves creating content, and has genuine ideas for building community the right way (no shortcuts, no fake hype).
Role Description
* Build and execute a clear organic growth strategy across platforms (especially X/Twitter, plus TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, Discord, etc.).
* Create content that’s attention-grabbing, shareable, and on-brand (memes, threads, short‑form video, community posts, storytelling).
* Grow and engage the community daily: replies, conversations, polls, prompts, hype‑building (the good kind).
* Keep up with crypto trends and social culture and know what to lean into (and what to ignore).
* Work closely with the team on launches, announcements and community activations.
* Track performance and continuously improve content and growth tactics.
Qualifications
We’re genuinely open on experience level whether you’ve already grown accounts professionally, or you’re fresh out of school with the talent, hunger and proof you know what you’re doing. If you’re obsessed with social media, understand how online communities work, and can grow an audience organically, we want to hear from you.
* A proactive, consistent mindset – you show up daily and keep momentum moving.
* A genuine interest in crypto / Web3 and the culture around it.
* A strong understanding of how to grow and engage audiences on X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord (and other key platforms).
* A proven track record or clear evidence of organic social growth (even if it’s your own account, a side project, or a community you’ve helped build).
* Strong copywriting skills and a natural feel for what performs well on social.
* Confidence bringing ideas to the table and experimenting with new formats (threads, memes, short‑form video, community prompts, etc.).
* Clear ideas on how you’d build a community from scratch and turn followers into loyal supporters.
Bonus Points
* You’ve worked in crypto, fintech, gaming or a fast‑moving start‑up.
* You understand Telegram/Discord community dynamics.
* You’ve helped grow a founder or brand account on X/Twitter.
* You’ve got strong meme instincts and a creative edge.
