Hurst Green is seeking a part-time Youth Justice Service Worker to assist young people engaged with the justice system. The role is based in Dudley and requires a commitment of 18.5 hours per week.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in Youth Justice, Social Work, or relevant qualifications, and will work towards preventing offending behaviors through therapeutic engagement. Successful applicants must demonstrate a reflective practice and engage with vulnerable children and families.
This role plays a critical part in supporting youth court cases and implementing effective interventions.
