A global legal technology business is hiring a senior Technical Account Manager to own and grow relationships with enterprise level arbitral institutions.
This is a hands on technical customer facing role sitting between Product, Support, and Implementation. You will act as the trusted technical partner for high value clients, ensuring platform stability, adoption, and long term retention.
What you’ll be doing
* Acting as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers
* Owning technical relationships including escalations, configuration, and platform optimisation
* Partnering with internal Product, Engineering, Support, and Implementation teams to resolve issues and deliver improvements
* Leading post incident reviews and proactively identifying risks and opportunities
* Supporting account growth through improved usage, adoption, and technical enablement
What we’re looking for
* 5+ years experience in a technical customer facing SaaS role
* Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, integrations, and SaaS platforms
* Comfortable with platform configuration and administration
* Confident managing senior stakeholders and explaining technical concepts clearly
* Experience acting as an escalation point and owning complex customer issues
Legal tech experience is useful but not required. Strong SaaS experience is the priority.
