What can I earn?
* Salary will be discussed at interview.
* With typical overtime shifts at premium rates, based on actual data, that's an additional £3,500.

What are the minimum requirements?
* You will be a qualified RN Adult, RMN (with dual registration), RGN, or Paramedic.
* Minimum of 12 months previous Custody experience, and 2 years post-qualification experience in areas such as General Practice, Emergency Medicine, Walk-in Centres, Substance Misuse Services, Prison Healthcare, Mental Health, or Ambulance Service.
* 3 years UK residency.
* Current manual driving license with no restrictions, to allow travel to other custody suites or hospitals.
* All candidates are subject to police vetting checks.
What does the role involve?
Your main responsibility will be to lead a team of HCPs, providing assessments to detained individuals and ensuring their care and wellbeing needs are met. You will manage rota gaps, supervise and appraise HCPs, and work as part of an integrated team with the Clinical Lead and Senior Lead to ensure compliance with National Clinical Governance Standards and specific force requirements.
