The Impact You’ll Have

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic CRM Insights Analyst to join our CRM team. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in helping to shape our CRM strategy and optimising campaign performance by providing deep, actionable insights. You'll be a key player in understanding customer behaviour, identifying opportunities, and ultimately driving the success of our CRM initiatives.

This isn't just about crunching numbers; it's about telling a story with data. You'll translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives that inform strategic decisions and highlight the value of our CRM efforts.

Your Day-to-day


* Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Utilise various data sources and tools (including BigQuery and Braze) to extract, analyse, and interpret large datasets related to customer behaviour, campaign performance, and CRM effectiveness.
* Strategic Support: Provide key insights and recommendations that directly influence the CRM strategy, helping to identify new opportunities for customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
* Campaign Optimisation: Analyse the performance of CRM campaigns, identifying trends, successes, and areas for improvement. Propose data-backed optimisations to maximise campaign ROI.
* Segmentation Development: Develop robust segmentation models based on customer lifecycle, engagement, and behavioural data to enable highly targeted CRM communications.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key analytical partner within the CRM team and with cross-functional stakeholders. Proactively identify analytical needs and deliver insights that support departmental goals.
* Storytelling & Communication: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and engaging stories for both technical and non-technical audiences. Present insights in a way that drives understanding and action.
* Value Approximation: Develop methodologies and provide approximations for the commercial value of CRM deliverables, helping to quantify the impact of our work.
* Reporting & Visualisation: Create insightful reports and dashboards that track key CRM metrics and communicate performance effectively.
* Data Quality & Governance: Ensure data quality and governance best practices are applied throughout all analytical processes and data handling.
* Automation: Utilise SQL to develop and automate analysis processes, improving efficiency and scalability of insights.
* Industry Trends: Stay up to date on the latest CRM, analytics, and industry trends to continuously bring innovative ideas and best practices to the team.

Your Skillset

* Analytical Prowess: You have a strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions.
* Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SQL (especially BigQuery) is essential. Familiarity with CRM platforms like Braze is highly desirable.
* Communication Skills: You're an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. You enjoy telling stories with data.
* Commercial Acumen: You understand how your insights contribute to business objectives and can approximate the commercial value of CRM activities.
* Proactive & Curious: You're naturally curious, always looking for deeper insights and new ways to solve problems. You take initiative and can work independently.
* Collaborative Spirit: You enjoy working as part of a team and can build strong relationships with colleagues across different functions.
* Experience: Previous experience in a data analysis, insights, or CRM analytics role, preferably within an e-commerce or travel environment.
