Sales Administrator. Bolton (BL4). £28k - £30k DOE.
An exciting opportunity has arisen, due to expansion, to join a successful and established company in Bolton. Our client is looking for an experienced and professional Sales Administrator where duties will include:
* Processing high volumes of sales orders
* Handling any queries from customers via phone and email
* Updating customers records & accounts
* Contacting previous/lapsed clients to generate new orders
* Maintaining an acceptable level of product knowledge by keeping up to date with product developments
* Taking orders through the website off customers
* Showing customers around the on site showroom
To be successful you will have previous experience in Sales Admin, a good working knowledge of CRM databases, have excellent communication skills and have an excellent eye for detail.
