A global leader in field is seeking a Chief Counsel, Compliance to join its Legal Leadership Team. The role will design and lead a global compliance function, aligning strategies with international frameworks, including anti-bribery, sanctions, data privacy, and third-party risk.
Responsibilities include policy development, programme oversight, risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, and fostering a culture of ethics and accountability.
The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer with 10+ years’ compliance experience, including 5+ in senior leadership, and a proven record in building international compliance programmes.
