Our Client, a leading car manufacturer are currently looking for a SeniorService Advisor to join their business based out of their Croydon Dealership. This role offers unlimited bonus opportunity and great progression opportunity’s.As a SeniorService Advisor, you are responsible for engaging with customers day to day, discussing their service and MOT requirements and providing the best solution for the customer. You will also be responsible for the other Service Advisor’s ensuring they are keeping customers informed on progress, upselling products and delivering the best customer service possible.This is a great opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to take their first step into management, or a Senior Service Advisor who is looking to grow their OTE and knowledge of Hybrid technology.About the role
1. Taking appointments from our lead qualification team
2. Manage and develop the existing service team
3. Meeting and greeting customers (walk in/appointment) and arranging vehicle maintenance
4. Discussing various options available to customers working within the lines of their needs and budget
5. Help coach and develop the Service team
6. Go over repair options & costs with customers making sure they understand what is required and why
7. Speak to customers over the phone and F2F
