We specialize in supporting individuals across London with mental health challenges, utilizing the internationally recognized Individual Placement and Support (IPS) approach. A Day in the Life of an Employment Specialist
As an Employment Specialist at Twining-Hestia, you will play a crucial role in our Employment Services team. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of our service users, guiding them towards empowerment and independence. Here’s what you can expect:
* Engage and support clients with mental health issues, building trusting relationships and creating tailored employment plans.
* Deliver practical services such as career guidance, CV preparation, job searching, interview skills, and work coaching.
