Teacher of Sociology (Maternity Cover)

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher of Sociology to join a secondary school in Nottingham on a full-time maternity cover basis, starting after the Easter break.
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality Sociology teaching at secondary level and support students to achieve their full potential through engaging and effective lessons.
The successful applicant will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience teaching Sociology at secondary level
Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and effective classroom practice
Be committed to high standards of teaching, learning and behaviour
Work well as part of a collaborative team
