If you are an experienced Care Assistant who enjoys making a difference in people’s lives with dementia and other age‑related conditions, and live in the Nottingham NG15 area, we have positions which start immediately.
You will be working as part of a friendly team in a residential home set in luxurious surroundings in the Nottingham NG6 area, supporting and caring for individuals with their day‑to‑day lives, encouraging independence and contributing to the emotional and wellbeing of the residents who live there.
Duties of this role include the following:
* Personal care
* Helping with dressing, washing and feeding
* Assisting with the movement and positioning of individuals
* Offering companionship and care
* Entertaining and providing support to the individuals who make this their home

Qualifications
* Proven experience within a similar care environment
* Checkable work history
* Up to date mandatory training documents: Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, and Infection Control (if you do not have up to date certificates, we can offer online training with an added fee)
* In‑date enhanced DBS check (if your DBS has expired, we can arrange a new one for you)

Your typical hours will start at 07:00 and finish at 14:00, Friday to Sunday.
You will be paid an hourly rate of £12.85 for this role, plus up to 28 days accrued holiday pay.
