Acting as a trusted advisor, you will design and deliver people strategies that drive performance, enable scale, and directly impact commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities
* Partner with business leaders to shape and implement HR strategies aligned with growth, sales, and operational priorities.
* Lead and develop HRBP teams across multiple sites, ensuring consistent delivery of people initiatives.
* Support General Managers in operationally intensive environments, balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day needs.
* Drive transformation and organisational change, embedding an agile, high-performance culture.
* Partner with Talent, L&D, and Reward teams to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
* Oversee complex employee relations matters while enabling a positive employee experience.
* Use people analytics to provide insights and measure business impact.
Key Requirements
* Strong field-based HR experience, ideally across commercial and sales-focused teams.
* Proven experience managing multi-site HRBP teams.
* Demonstrable success supporting General Managers in sales-driven businesses.
* Track record of building and delivering HR strategy and coaching challenging leadership groups.
* Adaptable and thrives in agile, high-change environments.
* Commercially astute, with strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Bonus: Exposure to private equity-backed businesses, transformation, or scale-up environments highly desirable.
