Tutor with QTS
Responsibilities
* Deliver tailored tutoring sessions that meet the individual needs of each student, aligned with PEP's, EHCP, classroom teaching, where appropriate.
* Educate learner on specific core subject booster sessions, ensuring they grasp key concepts and progress their academic performance and personal confidence.
* Develop engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
* Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage progress/
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other educators to ensure a collaborative approach to learning.
* Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters student confidence and motivation.
Experience
* Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is essential, with a focus on providing educational support to children.
* Familiarity with special education practices is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively convey information and engage students.
* A passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their academic goals is crucial.
* In-person and online delivery experience
