**OFFICE BASED ROLE, NO HYBRID OR WFH**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced paid ads manager with expert experience on Meta Platform ads. Singular platform experience is preferred at our business, with our current focus being to add an experienced Meta manager to our growing team of media buyers and digital marketers.
This role involves developing, structuring, and managing sophisticated advertising campaigns in alignment with our strategic goals alongside our team. Our focus is on B2B and B2C lead generation, events and education ads (live seminars, webinars etc).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement advertising campaigns across Meta platforms, ensuring alignment with our marketing objectives.
Collaborate with our media team to create compelling and effective advertisements.
Provide weekly reports to management with detailed insights and analysis of advertising performance.
Work alongside our other Meta platform ad managers for collaborative success.
Proficient in integrating pixels and conversion tracking metrics (Tag Manager, CAPI etc).
Utilise Hyros for advanced analytics and customer tracking to optimise campaign performance (training available on Hyros).
Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
Extend campaign management services to our clients, maintaining the highest standard of quality and efficiency.
4+ years experience is preferred and agency experience is a bonus. Must have experience managing a minimum of £15,000 per month on META.

Pay: £29,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
