Medical Sales Representative - Spinal & Orthopaedic Devices
Location: North East England
Salary: Competitive basic + car allowance + bonus

The Role
* Build and manage relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital decision-makers
* Provide in-theatre support to surgeons, becoming clinically competent with the product range
* Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to showcase solutions
* Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, closing opportunities effectively
* Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and market insights
* Consistently achieve sales targets while maintaining accurate reporting
What We’re Looking For
* Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
* Previous experience in medical sales or healthcare sales advantageous
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Highly motivated with a hunter mentality and a passion to succeed
* Willingness to travel extensively across the territory (field-based role)
* Strong work ethic with a genuine drive to grow the assigned territory
