£12.60 per hour • Mon-Thu 7:30am - 4:30pm, Fri 7:30am - 12:30pm • Temp to Perm Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role within a business known for producing high-quality, precision-crafted products for premium markets.
Responsibilities
* Preparing and finishing metal components to an exceptional standard.
* Applying paint, powder coating, or lacquer using appropriate techniques and equipment.
* Ensuring a smooth and even finish in line with product specifications.
* Quality checking finished items for consistency, colour match, and defect-free surfaces.
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
What We\'re Looking For
* Proven experience in one or more of the following: paint spraying, powder coating, or lacquering (ideally on metal or high-end products).
* Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality finishes.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn and develop further within the role.
