Requirements
* Previous experience in a related Financial Services discipline
* Risk domain knowledge and understanding – PD, LGD, Credit Risk & IFRS9
* Experience working on Regulatory projects (e.g., Basel, IFRS9)
* Experience in delivering projects using Agile methodology, working with SQL Queries and Data Models
* Experience in Business Analysis activities including impact/data analysis and delivering comprehensive reports and presentations for decision making
* Ability to use own initiative to resolve issues, investigate, and find solutions

This role will be based in our Glasgow office.
Purpose of the role
To support the organisation in achieving its strategic objectives by identifying business requirements and solutions that address business problems and opportunities.
Accountabilities
1. Identification and analysis of business problems and client requirements requiring change within the organisation.
2. Development of business requirements that will address these problems and opportunities.
3. Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet their needs and expectations.
4. Support the creation of business cases justifying investment in proposed solutions.
5. Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of solutions.
6. Support the creation of reports on project progress to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
7. Create operational and process designs to ensure solutions are delivered within scope.
8. Support change management activities, including developing a traceability matrix for successful implementation.
