CAP Resourcing is partnering with a well established property consultancy with a strong UK wide presence and an excellent reputation across both public and private sectors.
Due to continued growth, they’re looking to appoint a Bid & Business Development Administrator to support their busy team.
This is an ideal opportunity for a strong administrator who enjoys working with detail, structured processes and deadlines, particularly within public sector frameworks and tender environments.
The Role
This is a coordination and administrative focused position where you will support the preparation and submission of high quality, compliant bid documents.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the administration and coordination of public sector bids and framework submissions
• Managing documentation for framework applications and renewals
• Collating information from internal stakeholders
• Formatting, proofreading and structuring written responses
• Tracking deadlines and maintaining bid schedules
• Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with reporting and general business development administration
• Providing wider team support where required
You’ll play a key role in ensuring submissions are accurate, professionally presented and delivered on time.
Skills and experience:
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, detail driven and confident working with written documentation.
• Experience in an administrative, bid support or coordination role
• Exposure to public sector frameworks and tender processes
• Excellent written English and proofreading skills
• Strong communication skills, confident liaising with internal stakeholders
• Highly organised with strong time management
• Comfortable managing multiple deadlines
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Methodical, structured and process-driven approach
• Positive, proactive team player
