GSL Education offer competitive pay rates and the roles can be fully flexible to work around your schedule! The successful candidate must have good knowledge of the national curriculum, creative, strong behaviour management and presence in the classroom. They must be able to think on their feet, be flexible and adaptable to the student abilities and changing environment that supply offers. We work with a wide range of schools ranging from mainstream, SEN, academies and independent schools.

Key responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver lessons in line with the curriculum
* Assess, monitor and provide feedback on student progress
* Create such a classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning
* Collaborate with colleagues and mentors to share and learn best practices and teaching strategies
* Participate in professional development opportunities and training sessions.
A successful candidate will need:
* Qualified Primary Teacher (UK QTS)
* Excellent behaviour management skills
* A commitment to ensuring children make a great start to their education
* Ability to provide high quality teaching and learning in a nurturing setting
