Job description Job Title: Customer Service Administrator Location: Chelmsford Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 1 Day of a weekend once a month. Salary: £12.30 per hour Responsibilities: Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Maintain thorough and accurate customer records, maintaining confidentiality and in compliance with GDPR Prioritise and process customer enquiries submitted by email, chat, instant messaging, and phone. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders as required. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks and achieving performance targets. Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
