Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions to streamline operational processes and improve system efficiency.
* Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules to align with organizational requirements and ensure seamless service delivery.
* Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows to automate routine tasks and enhance productivity across teams.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable ServiceNow configurations.
* Monitor and optimize ServiceNow system performance to ensure reliability and scalability for business operations.
* Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for ServiceNow-related issues to minimize downtime.
* Conduct regular system audits and implement best practices to maintain compliance and security standards.
* Create detailed documentation for ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and processes to support knowledge sharing.
* Train and mentor team members on ServiceNow functionalities to build internal capabilities and foster growth.
* Stay updated on ServiceNow platform enhancements and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems for seamless data flow.
* Ensure timely delivery of ServiceNow projects while adhering to quality standards and organizational goals.

Required Certifications & Skills:
* Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
* ServiceNow ITSM Implementation Specialist
* Additional ServiceNow certifications preferred
* SC Clearance or eligibility required
