The key responsibilities for the Senior Bid Manager - Engineering Services role will include:

The Successful Applicant
For the Senior Bid Manager - Engineering Services role, applicants should have the below experience:* 4+ years experience in a Bids related role* Proven experience in bid management, ideally in a similar sector such as engineering, energy services, manufacturing - although this is not essential.* Exceptional stakeholder management skills, and excellent communication skills.* Strong track record of managing end to end, high value bids.* APMP qualification is desirable.* Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple bids simultaneously.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling proposals.* Proficiency in bid management tools and software to streamline processes.* A keen eye for detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.* A collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
