Key Responsibilities
* Providing personal care and support to residents
* Using manual handling equipment safely and effectively

Requirements
* Minimum of 6 months experience in healthcare or social care
* Experience with manual handling equipment in a live environment (training provided)
* Compassionate and dedicated attitude towards elderly and dementia care
* Right to work in the UK
* Ability to deliver a holistic and therapeutic approach to care
