This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing technical service, R&D, QA and QC functions. It plays a vital role in driving innovation, ensuring product quality and supporting continued business growth.
We are looking for a Formulation Chemist with experience in coatings or polyurethane systems who will lead innovation and technical strategy within our growing manufacturer.
Salary: progressive with training and includes car allowance, relocation package, and benefits.
The Role:
* Lead product development and innovation across coating formulations
* Manage the full lifecycle of new product development projects
* Establish and maintain technical standards, ensuring consistent product quality
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and production issues
* Evaluate raw materials and maintain supplier specifications
* Provide technical support to customers and internal sales teams
The Person:
* Experience in polyurethane systems and water based coatings
* Background in R&D and new product development
