What youll be doing:
As a Trainee Engineer, youll work alongside experienced engineers to learn the ropes across air conditioning and refrigeration systems. From installation and maintenance to diagnostics and repair, youll build your technical knowledge from the ground up with full training every step of the way.
Your day-to-day might include:
Assisting with the installation, servicing and repair of commercial cooling systems
Learning how to diagnose faults and find practical, effective solutions
Supporting planned maintenance work on-site with a senior engineer
Taking part in ongoing training and development sessions to build your skillset
What were looking for:
A genuine interest in engineering, mechanics or hands-on technical work
A practical mindset and an eye for detail someone who likes getting things just right
A team player with a good work ethic and willingness to learn
Ideally some basic knowledge of tools or systems (but not essential attitude matters more)
A full UK driving licence (or the commitment to work towards one)
