1. Co-ordinating with the Paediatric LeadWorking with patients' families and carers, to discuss the care and condition of the paediatricpatient.
2. Displaying excellent analytical ability and sound decision making in changing clinicalsituations
3. Checking and using specialised equipment such as monitors and ventilators.
