Role: Finance & Administration Assistant

Sector: Public Relations

Location: Central London

Permanent: Full Time – 3 days in office

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

Reporting to: Head of Finance & Operations

Ref: VFR 3267


VisionFR is assisting with the recruitment of a Finance & Administration Assistant on behalf of a Public Relations agency. This is a great opportunity to play a key part in the finance department maintaining records, processing financial data, maintaining financial systems and general finance admin.


Key Responsibilities of the Finance & Administration Assistant

* Filing of receipts
* Processing invoices
* Payments
* Send invoices to customers
* Credit control
* Monthly payment journals
* Assist in maintaining the business cashflow
* Assisting the Events & Operations manager with administration duties


Skills & Experience of the Finance & Administration AssistantAssistant

* Maths GCSE
* Computer Literacy
* Attention to detail
* Happy to work as part of a team or independently
* Finance Assistant experience
* Admin experience
