We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Services Associate to join our front-of-house team. This is a pivotal role within the building, ensuring residents receive an exceptional level of service while supporting the smooth day-to-day management of the site.
Role Details
* Salary: £27,000 per annum
* Working Hours: Monday – Friday, plus 1 Saturday in every 3
* Location: On-site residential development in Cardiff
Key Responsibilities
* Provide an excellent front-line service including meet & greet, reception duties, parcel handling, inspections, lettings viewings and general resident support.
* Ensure a seamless move-in and move-out experience including property checks.
* Handle resident enquiries and complaints, escalating where necessary.
* Support the delivery of high-quality services across both front and back of house operations, including amenity space management, tenancy administration and unit management.
* Assist in organising and hosting resident events, ensuring they are promoted effectively via social media and other channels.
About You
* Previous experience within customer service, hospitality, travel & tourism or residential property environments is essential.
* Experience within Build-to-Rent (BTR) or Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) environments is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English.
* Demonstrable ability to deliver high levels of customer service.
