What the Job Involves This role involves overseeing the housing disrepair caseload and ensuring that all repairs and maintenance activities are coordinated efficiently, completed on time, and meet quality standards. You will work closely with the legal team and the insurance department, manage the expenditure budget, and ensure adherence to contractual standards. You will also be responsible for measuring, monitoring, and reviewing KPIs of planned disrepair cases. This is a temporary role covering a vacant position with a chance to apply for the permanent role once advertised. The position requires working 3 days a week in the office for a 35-hour workweek.
