Were looking for a highly organised and detail focused Supply Chain Administrator to join our team on a 6 month contract. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and advanced Excel capability, who can support both planning and manufacturing functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Supply Chain and Planning team with day-to-day administrative tasks
* Use advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data charts, and data input
* Assist with manufacturing administration, including printing and filing batch charts and maintaining documentation
* Update and maintain internal systems and databases accurately
* Work closely with planning, production, and wider operations teams to ensure smooth workflow
* Support data reporting and analysis for production and materials planning
What Were Looking For
1. Strong administrative experience, ideally within a manufacturing or supply chain environment
2. Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, data charts, formulas, data manipulation)
3. High attention to detail and accuracy
