We are looking for a senior nurse to join Thornford Park to improve clinical practice through education, training, coaching and mentoring, and to facilitate audit and quality improvements.

Responsibilities Include
* Providing education, training, coaching and mentoring of registered and non‑registered clinical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Work with the SMT to monitor clinical effectiveness and opportunities for development from this.
* Champion clinical excellence using quality assurance and quality improvement, ensuring measurable advancements in nursing care.
* Strengthen coproduction models, ensuring patients are actively involved in shaping service improvements.
* Translate learning into sustainable change.

You will be working at Thornford Park, a 141‑bedded independent hospital which supports service users that require medium and low secure forensic mental health services and a PICU mental health service.
