We're looking for a dedicated CAMHS Team Leader to take the lead in managing a vital administrative team that underpins the smooth running of our service. This is a key role for someone who enjoys responsibility, uses initiative, and can confidently balance people management with hands‑on operational support.
You’ll work with a high level of autonomy, prioritising workloads, maintaining strict confidentiality, and ensuring robust processes are followed across the service. With your calm professionalism and eye for detail, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our clinicians, safeguarding information, and adapting to the evolving needs of the Trust—making a real difference to children, young people and families who rely on our services.
Main duties of the job
* To manage and supervise a team of administrative staff.
* To effectively prioritise personal and team workload, always maintaining confidentiality and diplomacy.
* To undertake admin and clerical duties relevant to the service commensurate with band 4 levels of responsibility.
* To work without direct supervision and show extensive use of initiative in prioritising and making decisions in relation to effectively supporting the smooth operation of the service.
* To ensure that the processes and procedures are followed and maintained on those entering and leaving the building.
* To carry out other duties as necessary to meet the changing needs of the Trust, in accordance with management requirements and appropriate to banding.
* All duties will be carried out within the Trust's Information Governance, recording, and data sharing procedures and guidance.
