The Role
We are looking for a reliable, adaptable, and highly organised individual to support our growing business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage tasks independently. You will be energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, with a strong background in mortgage or financial services.
Previous experience within mortgage or financial services is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting all aspects of the mortgage application process, including submitting applications and ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering requirements.
* Handling incoming emails and telephone enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
* Liaising with clients, lenders, insurance providers, and solicitors.
* Managing case progression from application to completion.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on internal systems and databases.
What We're Looking For
* Experience within mortgage or financial services (essential).
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
* A professional and client-focused approach.
Working Hours
* Initially part-time: 10–20 hours per week.
* Flexible working hours (to be agreed).
* Predominantly remote working.
