Overview
We're looking for a highly organised PMO Coordinator to join a growing transformation team within a leading organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a central role in supporting a portfolio of complex IT initiatives, ensuring governance, visibility, and delivery success.
Responsibilities
* Supporting portfolio governance, standards, and reporting processes
* Designing, building, and maintaining SharePoint pages
* Tracking project performance, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives
* Preparing high-quality dashboards, reports, and insights for senior leadership
* Coordinating project documentation, approvals, and compliance requirements
* Assisting with financial tracking, resourcing, and planning activities
* Acting as the key point of contact between project teams, stakeholders, and the PMO
What We\'re Looking For
* Previous experience working within an IT PMO function in a complex delivery environment
* Experience designing, building, and maintaining SharePoint pages, ensuring information is structured, accessible, and engaging for users.
* Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Familiarity with PMO tools and portfolio systems (e.g., MS Project, Power BI)
* Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile)
* A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work across teams
Contract Details
* 6-month rolling contract
* Up to £300 per day - Inside IR35
* Hybrid working model (1-2 days per week in Fareham office)
