MCS Group is delighted to be working with an innovative and fast-growing renewable energy company in Northern Ireland, to recruit a Field Sales Representative. As the first Field Sales Representative, you'll spearhead the growth of their sales, working with high-quality, warm leads. This is a unique opportunity where autonomy, strong work ethic, and entrepreneurial spirit are celebrated. This role is about building and nurturing strong customer relationships that lay the foundation for long-term success. You'll be guiding clients through the excitement of embracing clean energy solutions
Key Responsibilities
* Following warm lead generation through to sales end
* Conduct field-based sales visits across Northern Ireland
* Demonstrate product benefits and present tailored proposals using company software
* Build long-term customer relationships and guide leads through a clear, consultative sales process
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience in direct or field sales
* Resilient, self-motivated, and hard‑working with a strong work ethic
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Comfortable handling warm leads and closing sales
* UK driving licence with ability to travel across NI on a flexible schedule
* Ability to adapt quickly, learn product details from tablet-based software and survey tools
