Job Description
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the SLT, the role is built around three core pillars:
3. Robust reporting and insight: Owning the integrity, cadence and clarity of management reporting, ensuring leaders have trusted, decision‑ready information.
4. Senior leadership partnering: Acting as a true commercial partner to the SLT, translating financial insight into action and constructively shaping decisions.
5. Technology, systems and automation: Serving as the finance lead, conduit and gatekeeper for systems adoption, automation and group‑wide transformation, ensuring technology is fit for purpose and fully adopted.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will bring:
