Job Description:
Salt has partnered with a leading Business Bank to find a Senior Product Designer for an initial 12-month project that will help shape their digital strategy.
Reporting to the Product Design Lead, you'll work on internal tools to enhance the experience for front-of-house staff and improve relationships with SME customers.
This role is ideal for someone thorough and process-oriented, with holistic Product Design skills, especially in internal tools and frameworks domains.
Requirements:
* No specific "years of experience", but seniority and gravitas to engage stakeholders and drive change
* Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, B2B SaaS, etc.
* Experience in large enterprise organizations
* Process-oriented, emphasizing mental modeling over execution or conceptual design
* Accessibility expertise, including WC3, WCAG, Consumer Duty, etc.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, remote-first, requiring only 2 days per month in-office. Benefits include full-time employment perks, such as 30 days of annual leave, commensurate with seniority.
