We’re looking for a Team Lead to join our Wakefield Depot
In this role, you will be the link between the supervisors and warehouse staff, providing immediate hands-on leadership and supervision to ensure maximum effort and attention to detail in a safe and tidy environment.
* Coordinate, prioritize, and delegate warehouse activities.
* Manage staff hours, sickness, and holidays to ensure smooth operations.
* Motivate and develop staff to maximize productivity and efficiency.
This role requires standing and walking for most of your shift, as well as the ability to lift products up to 15kg, bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.

* Warehouse experience.
* Team player.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to prioritize your own workload.
