About the Role As our Performance team continues to scale, we’re looking for a Creator & UGC Coordinator to support the delivery of high-impact, social proof-led content across paid social and growth channels. This role sits within the Performance function and focuses on sourcing, coordinating and structuring user-generated content that feeds directly into ads, landing pages and lifecycle marketing. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that real member feedback, transformations and creator content are consistently identified, organised and turned into performance-ready assets. Alongside UGC coordination, you’ll monitor paid ad comments and surface recurring themes, objections or insights that can help strengthen messaging and conversion. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited to someone highly organised, proactive and confident communicating externally. It requires strong judgement, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once. It’s a great opportunity for someone with experience in social, content or UGC who’s ready to step into a high-ownership coordinator role with clear progression opportunities as the team grows. What You’ll Be Doing Paid Comment Monitoring & Insight Sharing Monitor paid ad comments across Meta and TikTok daily Respond to or escalate member tech issues raised within ad comments Identify recurring FAQs, objections or confusion affecting conversion Flag messaging misalignment or improvement opportunities to the Performance team Ensure growth-critical issues are surfaced quickly and clearly Creator & UGC Coordination Proactively source high-quality UGC from social comments, tags, mentions and member groups Act as a key point of contact when communicating with members and creators Brief creators on content requirements, working alongside Performance Marketers on scripts and ad angles Coordinate timelines, deliverables and follow-ups to ensure content is received on time Organise creator incentives (free memberships, products or paid collaborations where applicable) Track and manage consent forms, permissions and usage rights Maintain clear filing and organisation of all sourced UGC Work with the internal creative team to structure, storyboard or timestamp UGC for paid ads, lifecycle and landing pages Review edited content prior to publication to ensure compliance, clarity and suitability for paid platforms Marketing Inbox & Routing Support Monitor the Marketing inbox for complaints, disputes, PR/charity requests, feature suggestions and other marketing-related queries Route requests efficiently to Brand, MX or Product teams Ensure nothing growth-critical is missed or delayed What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a marketing, social, content or UGC-focused role (agency or in-house) Confident communicating with creators, members and internal stakeholders Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively Comfortable managing multiple tasks without constant direction Good judgement - knowing what can be handled directly vs escalated Experience in comment monitoring, inbox management, UGC sourcing or creator communication Familiarity with Meta and/or TikTok from a brand perspective An interest in how social proof and feedback influence performance marketing A good eye for spotting strong content opportunities
