Primary Purpose
Contribute to store goals in sales, productivity and service by utilizing Kate Spade selling skills and Service training. Meet personal sales and productivity targets, deliver high‑quality service and represent the brand as an ambassador.
Responsibilities
* Understand and influence how personal productivity impacts store performance.
* Actively behave as a brand ambassador and model sales behaviours taught in training.
* Maintain high energy on the sales floor and consistently achieve sales goals.
* Manage multiple customers simultaneously and anticipate and meet their needs.
* Provide service that meets or exceeds Kate Spade Approach standards.
* Encourage teammates and champion company initiatives to exceed performance standards.
* Demonstrate professional ethics and support management decisions.
Qualifications
* Very good English proficiency (essential).
* Previous retail service experience (essential).
* Background in luxury retail (desirable).
* Effective communication with customers and staff and ability to navigate the sales floor.
