The UAT Facilitator and System Trainer plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between system development and end-user adoption. This dual-function position is designed to ensure that newly implemented systems are not only technically sound but also fully embraced by their intended users.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), working closely with business stakeholders to validate that the system meets defined requirements and is ready for deployment.
* Manage UAT planning and scheduling, facilitate feedback and defect review sessions, and ensure that user insights are captured, tracked, and addressed to improve system functionality, usability, and overall business readiness.
* Assess training needs, develop customised learning materials, and deliver engaging training sessions that build user confidence and competence.
* Ensure users are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to effectively utilise the system, thereby maximising return on investment, adoption, and overall operational efficiency.
